Do you have a contract?
Yes, I sure do. Your contract will be sent to you through email. Once the contract is signed, and your booking fee is paid, your session with be officially booked. If one or the other is missing, your session is not considered booked.
What if I have to reschedule or cancel?
Sessions are allowed to be rescheduled once by client. If session needs to be rescheduled a second time there will be a $75 invoice sent to your email, to move the date. If session needs to be canceled, booking fee is non-refundable. Any payment that has been received for a package, will be refunded within 48-72 hours.
What if I am late?
There is a 20 minute grace period after session start time. If you are past 20 minutes, there will be a $5 fee for every 10 minutes late.
Can additional family come, that is not in the session?
Addition people are allowed to come, but personal photos are prohibited from being taken during the session. If personal photos are taken there will be a $50 fine sent to your email.
